For the same dates, the same accommodation, and the same booking conditions, you\u2019ll always receive the best available rate when booking directly with us.<\/p>\n\n
And even more importantly, you\u2019ll be in direct personal contact with us from the very beginning \u2013 with no booking platform in between.<\/p>\n\n
The prices stated at the time of booking apply to the selected accommodation and include the services listed there.<\/p>\n\n
In addition, the legally required local tourist tax of currently \u20ac2.20 per person per night will be charged. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tourist tax. <\/p>\n\n
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and is payable on site. If the statutory amount of the tourist tax changes, the rate applicable at the time of your stay will apply. <\/p>\n\n
When booking directly with us, the following services are included, among others:<\/p>\n\n
To confirm your direct booking, a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required.<\/p>\n\n
You will receive the relevant payment details with your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n
Once the deposit has been received, your reservation is confirmed and binding.<\/p>\n\n
The remaining balance is payable directly at B\u00e4cksteinerhof at check-out. Alternatively, the full amount of your stay may be paid in advance by bank transfer. <\/p>\n\n
Sometimes plans change. If you are unable to take your stay as planned, the following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings: <\/p>\n\n
Any deposit already paid will be credited against the applicable cancellation fees.<\/p>\n\n
We recommend taking out travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance so that you are well protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n
